Very disappointing… the table had scratches on the base, the tennis top, had a deep scrape, and it’s missing the puck… they are going to replace the pieces that are damaged, so I’m waiting for that. Other than that, customer service was very helpful, and my son and I are enjoying it.

I assembled it all myself, and go to the point of having to lift the table top onto the legs, and oh boy, that thing is massive! I was shocked that my wife was able to help and lift an end enough for me to get it into position. I am very glad that I went with this one and not a less expensive, and less sturdy one. It is very solid and difficult to move when needed, but seems like it will hold up for many years. I missed the part in the instructions that read to get the accessories out from between the table tops, having to unscrew them like I was searching for some sort of treasure. I thought I was missing pieces and when i called, the woman was very polite about the fact that many people miss that part. SO my only real complaint is that maybe they can just find a better place to package those pieces so that you don't have to take apart the table just to get the puck catcher and triangle out.

Very impressed by the product and how easy it was to put together. It has a been a huge hit with the kids & friends. We have it a narrow corner, about 3 feet from 2 walls so I picked up some shorter pool sticks, 32" and 42" and they work great with the limited space. The only negative is that I haven't figured out a good way to store the ping pong table under the table, with the net attached (and it doesn't appear to be a part that goes on and off), we ended storing the ping pong table parts off to the side so the kids can easily flip the table. The table needs to be 1" taller. Tip: If you are going to carry it downstairs in parts take the pool table off first (4 screws). It will make it a lot easier to carry. And you need to remove the table anyways, there are parts you need inside the table.

I am thrilled to finally have this in my game room. Read many other comments about how difficult it was to put together so i added the professional assembly and was very happy. The puck catcher was cracked, but I have requested a new one and the guys who assembled it said they would return to replace it when I got the new one. The only thing I wasn't shown was how to rotate the table. I looked online and think I can do it now as the directions didn't have it that I could find. If you're looking for a regulation size table, this is not for you. I was used to a regulation sized ping pong table and pool table. It will take some time to get used to it, but I am confident that we will have a lot of fun with it! The delivery guys were on time, courteous and even took it down the stairs for me when they weren't really supposed to! I gave them a little tip even though they didn't ask for it.

We (and our 10-year-old son) could not be happier with this product. My husband was worried it would look, feel and play 'cheap,' but not at all. It is very substantial and the quality of the pool and air hockey tables is very, very good. Size is great too. And shifting from one to the next is easily done, even for our son. Not full size, but big enough to feel like full. The ping pong add on and paddles are a little chintzy (the table pieces fit together w/velcro), but it does what it needs to do. We upgraded our ping pong paddles and pool cues (needed shorter sticks for our space), but what it came with was more than serviceable. Our hope was years of play for our son and his friends and we expect it will deliver that and more -- we're planning on playing with friends too!
